Lake Oil is a locally registered Oil Marketing Compay which was founded in the year 2005, and commenced its operations in March 2006. The company is a subsidiary of Azania Group of Companies.
The company currently imports and stores its products on hospitality basis with other Oil marketing companies in the country.
In October 2007, the company decided to move step further by adding its line of lubricants and bitumen.
In a relatively short period of time, the company has managed to penetrate into the big oil industry in Tanzania, and has proved successful in serving many private service stations within Tanzania and has marketing operations in Central Africa.
